Plan terms
How Trustify plans work: what's included, what isn't, billing, and cancellation.
Last updated October 31, 2026
Trustify is the legal plan program of Silva Law Firm, PC ("the firm," "we"). These terms summarize how plans work. Your signed engagement agreement with the firm governs your plan; if anything here conflicts with your engagement agreement, the engagement agreement controls.
1. The plans

"Per year" allowances run from the date your membership starts and reset each membership year. Unused allowances don't carry over. The business health check on Starter becomes available after six months of membership.
2. Who can join
Plans are for privately held, for-profit businesses based in California. Every application goes through a conflict check. The firm may decline an application, and no plan begins until the firm accepts your application and you and the firm sign a written engagement agreement.
3. Who's covered
A plan covers your business, the number of owners shown above, and the authorized users you name. Authorized users may contact the firm about the business's matters. Owners' personal legal matters are not covered.
4. What plans cover
Plans cover California and federal law matters within the firm's practice areas, including contracts and agreements, employment and HR, debt collection, licenses and compliance, disputes, landlord and lease issues, tax notices and audits, and business formation.
- Phone consultations: advice by phone on an unlimited number of business issues. A lawyer usually returns calls within one business day.
- Document checks: a lawyer reviews a document you send, up to your plan's page limit per document, and discusses it with you.
- Letters and calls: a lawyer writes to or calls the other side on your business's behalf.
- Debt collection letters: demand letters to customers or clients who owe your business money.
- IRS audit & collection help: attorney time on IRS audits, notices, and collection matters, up to your plan's yearly hours.
5. What plans don't cover
- Drafting new contracts and other legal documents
- Filing a lawsuit on your business's behalf
- Tax audits and agency proceedings beyond your plan's audit hours
- Matters governed by another state's law
- Owners' personal legal matters
- Matters where the firm has a conflict of interest
6. Work outside your plan
If you need work your plan doesn't include, we'll quote it before any work starts. Your member discount applies: 15% on Starter, 20% on Growth, and 25% on Scale. Work outside the plan is done under a separate written agreement.
7. Billing
Plans are billed monthly through Square. You won't be charged until the firm accepts your application and you complete checkout. After that, your plan's monthly fee is charged on the same date each month. There are no annual plans and no long-term contract.
Your monthly fee is a flat fee for that month's plan services. Your engagement agreement explains your right to have it held in the firm's trust account until earned and your right to a refund of any unearned amount if the representation ends or the services aren't completed.
If a plan's price changes, we'll notify you in advance, and you can cancel before the new price applies.
8. Automatic renewal and cancellation
Your plan renews automatically every month until you cancel. You can cancel online at any time:
- Use the Manage subscription link in any Square email about your plan, or
- Submit the form on our cancellation page.
Cancelling stops all future charges. A cancellation submitted on our cancellation page takes effect on the date we receive it, and if a charge posts after that date, we'll refund it. You can also call (855) 878-7843 or email tony@trustify.law.
9. Response times
Response times on this site ("usually within 2 business days" for applications and "usually within one business day" for calls) describe what members can typically expect. They aren't guarantees. If a matter has a deadline, tell us when you call.
