Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our web host records standard server logs when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request, and the date and time. These logs are used for security and to keep the site running. This site does not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers, or social media pixels.
How we use your information
- To review your application, including running a conflict check
- To contact you about your application, send your engagement agreement, and set up billing
- To provide the legal services in your plan and manage your membership, including cancellations
- To meet our legal and professional obligations
- To protect the security of the site
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for advertising. We share it only with:
- Service providers that help us run the site and our practice, such as our web hosting and email providers, under obligations to keep it confidential
- Square, our payment processor, when you complete checkout and pay for your plan. Square handles your card information under its own privacy policy; we don't receive or store your full card number.
- Others when required by law, court order, or the rules of professional conduct that apply to lawyers
Confidentiality
We treat the information you send us as confidential. Until the firm accepts your application and you sign an engagement agreement, please share only what the application asks for.
How long we keep it
We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes above and as required by law and our professional obligations. We may keep basic details of applications we decline so we can run future conflict checks.
Reviewing and changing your information
You can ask to review or correct the personal information you gave us, or ask us to delete it, by emailing tony@trustify.law or calling (855) 878-7843. We may need to keep some information to meet legal or professional obligations, and we'll tell you if that applies.
Do Not Track and third-party tracking
This site does not track visitors over time or across other websites, so it does not respond differently to browser "Do Not Track" signals. We don't allow other companies to collect personal information about your online activities across websites through this site.
Security
The site uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and we limit access to the information you send us. No website or email system is completely secure, so please don't send sensitive documents through the application form.
Children
This site is for businesses and isn't directed to children under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
